Just what I expected
Has not overheated on me yet and I have been using it a lot just finished shedding about 8 bags worry of papers with no issues. Works well. The only quirk was shredding a envelope with enclosed documents on the left side tended to clog it up.

Fun and Inexpensive
If you do not have a big shedding job to do, this is really a great little addition! It is adorable, compact and good quality. Clearly weil made totally does the job! Highly recommend! ???. Very happy with this brand and is 100% a wonderful brand for a shredder.

I do not give it a daily workout!
Has NOT overheated I do not use it as a business shredder Appearance is not offensive!!! I mean, it is a shredder - not a decoration!! Thrilled that it has features that my OLD 20 Yrs one does not have. Especially the non jamming & credit card shredding capabilities. Performance has NOT disappointed me. Very satisfied with the ease of shredding in a timely manner. Spreads as described. Easy to remove shredded paper.

Efficient!
It handles the brown packing paper that comes in shipping boxes with ease. This shredder worked perfectly as I worked through a pile of mail and bills that I no longer need. I did 5/6 pages at a time, every 30 seconds to a minute for about an hour and it was efficient with no jams or issues. It‘a not loud, the bin is a nice size, and it is perfectly sized for a home office. Very impressed with this product!.

I can drop unwanted sealed enevelopes through this bad bear!
It has a safety auto-shut-off to prevent overheating and failure. That said, I am not much worried about overheating. This crosscut destroyer of unwanted mail grabs things from my hands and grinds them into tiny pieces. I love my new paper shredder!. Came quickly packaged well and very easy to setup.

Worth it to spend more and get one with better motor
The shredder is awesome however, even though we followed instructions seems like in the beginning I did not realize the standby mode. Always overheat. Never read instructions so did not realize there is a long cool down period required. Some need 45 minutes after 6 minutes of shredding. Shocking. This one lets me shread for many times longer and has a much shorter cool down period where I have to stop. So it is worth buying the better product. It looks great, wheels easily, is quiet and cuts into small pieces. Love it.

Shreds like a pro!
The shredder is also pretty quite compared to some other shredders on the market. I like that the shredder has a sensor to detect when the bin is full and it is very easy to take out the bin when full and not have shredded paper getting everywhere. One thing to note is this shredder does a cross cut and the pieces shredded are not as small as a shredder that does micro cut. ?This particular shredder looks nice and functions well. Overall this is a great shredder!. From my tests, the shredder easily shredded 18 pages of paper. Its runtime of 1 hour makes it a gem.

What broke?
Unit quit shredding after 2 moths!. It is easy to operate, and works great.
