  Probably one of my top 3 purchases on Walmart EVER. I have severe arthritis in my neck and recently started experiencing neck pain after waking up in the morning; I sleep on both my back and side.   I also do not sleep well, have not for 2-3 yrs.   I bought this pillow on a whim hoping it would bring some relief.   I need to find a travel version!.   I did experience a “knot” like feeling in my upper middle back.  I have used the pillow for 2 weeks now and I can not imagine sleeping without it. Is a really strange shape, but I love it.   After the first night I thought it might be too firm, oddly I had a good amount of uninterrupted sleep with no neck pain when I woke.   I am getting 6-8 hours of good sleep and my neck pain has not returned  neither has the “knot” I experienced after the first night”.

Granted it is early, but so far so good. My fiancé got this pillow for me because I was having really bad back, neck, and shoulder pain to the point where it was pitching nerves and hurting my wrists.  This pillow provides plenty of support.  I am sleeping through the night instead of waking up every couple of hours with a sore neck or shoulder and trying to fold up my pillow to make it comfortable.

This pillow has changed my life.  I get such a restful sleep now.  Then I turn on my right side off to dream land I go.  But every single time I put my arm under the pillow when I side sleep I regret it in the morning w my arm numb and in pain.  Lesson learned.

Have tried several different types of pillows,  so better than others, but still woke up with headaches and stiff neck. Who knew my 40's would mean if I slept an minuscule off proper positioning I would spend the next 5 months in such pain I could not turn my head with shoulder pain by my scapula and radiated into my rotator cuff.  I spent an obscene amount of money at my local chiropractor, went to physical therapy and only had minor results.  I bring this on travel, and if I happen to sleep off of it I am aware the next morning.  I guess this is a staple of my life now but least it is affordable!.

I am person that suffers from frequent neck pain at night and I often awake with migraine headaches due to sleeping on terrible pillows.  I used to wake up feeling exhausted & riddled with neck and head pain.  I never realized how much difference a pillow can make in your overall quality of sleep and restfulness in general.   The support in this pillow is PERFECT and supports well for your back and side sleep! It says stomach support  as well but I am not a stomach sleeper so I can not speak to that.  All I can tell you is I am so happy, I want to kiss the inventor on the mouth!.  This pillow has two spots that side sleepers are supposed to be able to slide arms under.

I was skeptical, but tired of waking up with a sore neck. I was expecting some really soft pillow made from memory foam, but this thing is very firm.  I recommend this product to anyone who has ever had neck pain from traditional pillows.  Big brands like Tempurpedic, Sealy, MyPillow 2 .

Back and neck issues have plagued me for years.  I am 56 yrs old.  This is the best pillow I have ever slept on.  I actually sleep now. I have tried a gazillion pillows hoping I would find one that was comfortable for my neck.  This beats everything!
